Do I need an account to make a purchase?

No, its not necessary to create an account before making a purchase on the site but is highly recommended, since it has its own advantages, such as
  • You can make a purchase by only providing your email ID rather than filling necessary details, every time
  • You can track the delivery status of your order(s)
  • You can view the entire history of your past orders

I forgot my login password. What do I do?

Please go to the login page and click on Forgot password. You will receive an email on your registered email id with new password.

What is My Account?

My Account is your one stop for all the information related to your past, current and future purchases on our websites. It holds information like order history, order status and shipping addresses.


What is a shopping Cart?

You enter a shop, pick items, drop them in your shopping cart and proceed to the billing section to make the payment. On the website, there is a virtual shopping cart which holds all the items that you wish to purchase. You always have an option to review and delete items which you have selected from the shopping cart. From shopping Cart you will be directed to checkout page to make payment and complete your purchase.

I made a purchase on our websites, how do I know if the order was placed successfully or not?

Once a successful purchase is made, we send you confirmation order details via email to your registered email id. Also before we process your order our customer support team will call you to confirm the order. Once after confirmation your order will be processed.

Can I add items in the shopping cart and buy them at a later date?

We offer all our products at a very competitive price, we highly recommend that the product that you like, buy it immediately. Holding the product for a later date purchase is not possible.

What do the different order status mean ?

Ordered: Your order has been logged and our customer support team will process it.
Order Pending: The order is pending and customer support team is waiting for information on the order (including any customization).
Received and processing: Customer support team verified the order details and order is in process.
Order Shipped: Your order has been shipped and is on its way to the location specified by you for delivery.
Order Delivered: Your order has delivered to the location specified by you for delivery.
Order Cancelled: The order was cancelled.

When and how can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order before it reaches the "Order Shipped" state. To cancel, please Contact Us with the order number.

Payments, Shipping & Tracking

How do I pay via bank deposit?

Once your order is confirmed, we will send you the account details by email. You can do cash transfer to the account mentioned in the email and confirm in writing to contact@shoppingHUT.in. Once we verify your payment, your order will be processed and dispatched to you!

What are the payment options available on our websites?

We offer following payment options in our website

Is it possible to request for a change of delivery address at any point of time after the order has been placed?

Yes! If the product has not being shipped out, we will be able to change the address; however, if the product has been shipped out changing the address is not guaranteed, but contact our customer support team to see the possibility of redirecting the package.

I had placed an order 2 days ago. Now, I have to leave on an urgent trip. Can you please hold the delivery until I get back?

Absolutely! Please call our customer support team, which is open from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm on all days of the week. If the consignment has already been shipped then we may not be able to hold the delivery.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We try and ensure that the ordered products are delivered to you as soon as possible. Our Average delivery time is 3-5 days. We deliver all our products within 7-10 business days.
If you have asked for any customization then it might take bit longer but the same will be updated to you before we process your order.

What is Returns policy?

We love to get it right for you, every single time you trust us with your purchase. We want you to have an overwhelming shopping experience. What is Free Replacement?

If you have received an item in damaged condition or it does not match the description provided, your product will be replaced. Contact us within 7 working days from the date of delivery. Replacement is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, we will refund you the full amount.
